Meet Becca
My Story
I always knew I was born to help people. However, the pivotal question lingered—how? It wasn't until I stepped into the world of therapy that life transformed from black and white to vibrant technicolor. The rich spectrum of colors allowed me to connect with people on a profound level.
Yet, the truth remained—I couldn't navigate this transformative journey alone. Yearning for a community of like-minded individuals, I took action. I founded support groups and delved deep into the topics that therapists depend on in the therapy room.
In this process, I discovered my true calling—to make the journey easier for others, to bridge the gap to the resources they were missing. Thus, I became a creator of pathways, providing a roadmap for fellow therapists to thrive in a profession that often felt overwhelming and unclear.
Let’s get it started!
We ventured into the realm of helpers for various reasons, each driven by a unique force. Yet, at the core, it's our shared desire to be authentic human beings in this field that unites us all!
I firmly believe that every one of us possesses the skills to excel in what we do. However, our greatest challenge arises when that persistent voice in the back of our minds insists we can't do it.
Here's the truth: Together, we can combat that undermining voice and show imposter syndrome the door. It's time to stand united, resilient, and fiercely authentic in our shared journey as helpers.

Why do I keep calling myself a “real life human being”? Probably because I am. I’m vulnerable and I’ve had my own struggles that keep me from being the best version of myself. I tie this into every course, lesson, and session that I have. When you’re in my office or taking one of my courses, you’re talking to someone who’s been through the shit and isn’t afraid to talk about it. You’re in good company.
