Hey there! My name is Becca Ferguson and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Northwest Arkansas. Before I became a therapist, I tried so many different avenues and couldn't find "the fit". As I worked towards getting my license, I thought:
"Wouldn't it be nice if there was individualized support for therapists?!"
Yes, there are a lot of coaches out there and they all have promises of more money, more freedom, and more more more… whatever!
With me, you get the whole package. We discover not only what you want, but what you NEED. We dive deep into the trenches so you aren’t left with a to-do list that’s longer than your mind can handle.

I meet with therapists virtually for 1:1 coaching sessions that help you discover what your dream practice looks like and how we can get it there.

It doesn’t matter what part of your journey your in. Haven’t started your LLC yet? Let’s get that going! Already have all the components, but don’t know how to screen and get your ideal client? Let’s explore that together!

You schedule your sessions at your own pace. If you want to rapid fire your plan, schedule the sessions weekly! If you want to spread it out and do your research, schedule them as your ready. I’m cheering you along the way!

Coaching programs can be expensive! It’s my goal to provide you with the tools and guides you need in a reasonable budget. I create bundles in my pricing model so you can get the most out of your time. Each session will include:
A recording of the virtual session
a collaborative google doc
unlimited access to Becca’s email box for material review
