You want to be a better version of yourself, right?! I mean, that’s why you’re on this page (unless you stumbled here because you got lost on Google). My online self improvement courses are different. You’re not stuck in front of a screen for long hours and you’re not shoved into a very public online group with a bunch of people you don’t know.
Self improvement is all about baby steps. In the courses below, you learn at your own pace, in the privacy of your own home, and with guidance from me in bite-size chunks of learning and resource material.

Hi. I’m Becca. I’m a real life human being. I’ve had my own struggles that honestly held me back. It kept me from being the best version of myself and that’s why my courses are different. Every course, lesson, and session has that concept baked into it.
I’ve been through some shit and I’m not afraid to talk about it. It’s my mission to help people (DUH! I’m a therapist!) through therapy, courses, and workshops. But my true purpose lies in helping people not experience the abuse and mistreatment that I went through.
I’m not your average therapist and I’m not a large corporation hell-bent on taking your money to give you some half-baked therapeutic help. I’m a real life human being who wants to cheer you on and watch you succeed. Are you ready to do that?
